Returns & Exchanges Policy as of January, 2024
We aim to provide a seamless online shopping experience. We understand plans change, and we’re here for you!
Estimated wait time: The estimated wait time for product production and delivery is between 4-6 weeks, unless otherwise specified.
If you wish to return an item, email us at shop@londondesivar.com and someone will get back to you as soon as possible. We are a family-owned business, so please allow up to 72 hours for a response. Thanks for your understanding!
All returns and exchanges must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean, and free of lint and hair. Products purchased must be in its original packaging with all tags (if tagged) and/or receipts attached. Once any tag has been removed, an item cannot be returned.
Items not eligible for returns:
- Altered and dyed items
- Final sale items
- Items with any tags removed
- Items that are damaged or stained
Returns: You may initiate a return for up to 7 days after you receive your product(s) for a refund in the form of your original payment.

Exchanges: We accept exchanges for online orders up to 60 days after receipt of merchandise. To complete an online order exchange, you must complete a return and place a new order of equal or greater value.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect items:
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please let us rectify this.
